Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining labor law adherence. This position involves monitoring compliance frameworks and educating staff, while actively working to reduce exposure to legal risks regarding employment policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct interviews and gather data during compliance audits.
• Collaborate with legal consultants to ensure compliance with employment law.
• Assist in the investigation of compliance breaches.
• Communicate compliance changes to the HR team and other departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or related fields
