Responsibilities

  • Design event layouts and oversee decoration setups.
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodation for guests as required.
  • Manage registration and ticketing processes before and during events.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive event documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality
Experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar role within the event industry
