Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Hotel Manager to lead our operations, ensuring all departments function effectively and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall hotel operations, ensuring services meet premium standards.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff for effective team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Build partnerships within the local community.
  • Address guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and implement necessary changes.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments for hotel synergy.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
