As a Hotel Manager at Luxury Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will drive team performance and foster a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead overall hotel operations, ensuring services meet premium standards.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff for effective team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Build partnerships within the local community.
  • Address guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and implement necessary changes.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments for hotel synergy.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Budget Management Proficient in managing hotel budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Customer Service Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Fluent)

  • Experience managing multiple hotel properties: Experience in overseeing operations across multiple locations.
