Job Responsibilities
  • Lead hotel operations, focusing on guest satisfaction.
  • Implement operational policies and ensure staff adherence.
  • Analyze financial data and drive profit optimization.
  • Coordinate with department heads to improve service quality.
  • Handle guest complaints and find effective solutions.
  • Organize special events and promotions to attract customers.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and guest comfort.
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure standards are met.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Staff Management Experienced in leading diverse teams effectively.
  • Budget Management Proficient in forecasting and optimizing budgets.
  • Customer Service Strong focus on enhancing guest experiences.
  • Leadership Proven skills in motivating and developing staff.
  • Communication Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Able to quickly resolve operational challenges.
  • Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment: Familiarity with high-end service expectations.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management software: Proficient in systems like Opera or Hotelogix.
