Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various diverse projects within our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management and demonstrate effective leadership skills to guide project teams toward success.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project budgets and manage expenditures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and resolution of project issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established project methodologies and best practices.
  • Create project status reports and present to management.
  • Implement project management tools and techniques effectively.
  • Oversee project timelines and adjust as required.
  • Support the team in achieving project objectives.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and report on success criteria.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in Business or Project Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects from conception to completion
