Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough tax compliance reviews and prepare necessary documentation.
• Evaluate tax implications of acquisitions and mergers for clients.
• Support tax planning initiatives and provide insights on tax efficiencies.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax projections.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants when necessary.
• Educate clients on new taxation requirements and best practices.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance tax knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in taxation or related financial role
