Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. This includes demand planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives.
• Review and analyze demand forecasts for accurate supply chain planning.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for all supply chain activities.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize warehouse operations to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure product compliance and standards.
• Substitute shortages and overstock issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and procurement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Certification in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles
