Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of benefits programs.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop appealing job offers.
• Manage and administer employee benefit programs including medical aid and retirement funds.
• Monitor compliance with compensation regulations and laws.
• Assist in the design and implementation of short and long-term incentive plans.
• Conduct regular audits of compensation data to ensure equity and compliance.
• Facilitate communication of compensation and benefits policies to employees.
• Provide guidance to management on compensation-related matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
