Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers and has excellent problem-solving skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and resolving their queries promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a helpful attitude.
  • Document and manage customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Further education or customer service certification is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with customer support software
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
