Job Description

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant Durban team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved swiftly and effectively. Your role will involve assisting with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive support to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Communications
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with customer support software

Languages
