Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software applications meet the highest quality standards. You will be involved in the full testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis through to post-release evaluation, ensuring a faultless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios.
• Monitor bug fixes and verify resolutions before product releases.
• Engage in daily scrums to provide updates on testing progress.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics for reports.
• Drive best practices within the QA team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality status.
• Stay updated with industry trends in quality assurance.
• Assist in training new team members on QA processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
