Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban office. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing tailored recruitment solutions. You're a vital part of the recruitment journey, from initial contact to final placement, making a difference in the job market.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations.
  • Detect and resolve any challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Host recruitment events and job fairs to source new talent.
  • Provide market insights to clients regarding salary expectations and industry standards.
  • Follow up with placed candidates for feedback and relationship building.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role within an agency setting is preferred
