Job Description

As the Employment Services Director, you will lead the department responsible for managing recruitment processes and providing employment-related services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources, with a strong track record in managing teams, enhancing employment services, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute policies to streamline recruitment and employee placement.
  • Actively participate in the hiring process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
  • Implement training initiatives for continual employee development.
  • Administer and improve employee benefits and wellness programs.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Document all employment service activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to improve job placement services.
  • Advise employees on career development and job placement.
  • Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of employment programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing HR services
