Requirements

Education

• Relevant tertiary qualification in real estate, business, or sales
• Property management qualifications preferred

Experience

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and other performance metrics.

Technical Skills

• Fluency in more than one South African language
• Valid driver's license and own transport

Soft Skills

• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Certification in property management is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
