Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of properties in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, resident relations, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring high occupancy rates and maintaining the overall condition of properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of property management.
• Maintain positive tenant relations through regular communication.
• Ensure rental properties are well-maintained and presentable.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize rental rates.
• Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new tenants.
• Manage vendor relationships for property services.
• Develop and maintain property management software.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Implement community engagement initiatives to foster tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare and present property status updates to owners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Real Estate Management certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in property management or real estate
