Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Pretoria team. This role is pivotal in supporting employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, contributing to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, alongside a passion for fostering employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development of the annual HR budget.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze results to improve retention strategies.
  • Engage with staff to understand their needs and promote a supportive work culture.
  • Support the HR Manager in policy formation and compliance issues.
  • Create and manage job descriptions and specifications.
  • Participate in local HR networking opportunities to enhance company reputation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business
  • Master's degree would be an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
