Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying talent and a commitment to helping clients find the right fit for their organizations. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Advise clients on market trends and talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through communication.
  • Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency is preferred
