Job Description

We're on the lookout for an AI/ML Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Cape Town. This role requires a passionate individual who can develop machine learning models and algorithms that automate processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to integrate AI into applications.
• Perform data cleaning, processing, and validation.
• Enhance algorithms through research and testing.
• Document work and maintain project repositories.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to innovate solutions.
• Evaluate new ML frameworks and tools for potential adoption.
• Support deployment of AI systems and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years working as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role
