UI/UX Designer

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers and developers to refine our digital products. Your contributions will include wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, allowing you to shape the digital landscape of our business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on project objectives.
• Implement interactive prototypes for user testing and validation.
• Ensure accessibility compliance in all designs.
• Prepare presentations to justify design rationale to stakeholders.
• Lead design sprints and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field
• Master's degree in UX/UI Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a UI/UX role with a solid portfolio
