Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while communicating with customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team where necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customer support representatives.
  • Achieve personal and team targets to optimize performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer support, preferably in a call centre environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
