Job Description

As a Telephone Operator, you will provide first-line support to our customers through various channels, ensuring their queries and technical issues are managed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring accurate diagnosis of technical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting processes.
  • Assist in system backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Monitor systems for performance issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in IT or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation
  • Networking and Security Tools
Soft Skills
  • Excellent Communication
  • Problem-solving
Certifications
  • CompTIA A+
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
