Responsibilities

• Run and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure efficient production.
• Review specifications and patterns before starting each batch.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Support the quality control team in identifying defects in production.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Follow production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Assist with other duties within the production team as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical training in sewing or textile production

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role within textile manufacturing
