We are on the lookout for a passionate Technical Support Engineer to provide outstanding support to our clients in Cape Town. You will play a vital role in diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide expert solutions to technical issues.
  • Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk role
