Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer support.

  • Assist in the development of FAQ and support documents.
  • Track and report customer feedback to management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support environment
