Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated L&D Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing effective learning programs, and facilitating engaging training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Learning and Development, with a focus on enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with employees.
• Design engaging training programs and materials tailored to the audience's needs.
• Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Support employees' career development through coaching and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain an L&D budget, ensuring ROI on training initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in Learning and Development
