We are seeking a passionate and dedicated L&D Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing effective learning programs, and facilitating engaging training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Learning and Development, with a focus on enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
• Lead initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
• Create assessments and certifications to validate employee competencies.
• Review and update training materials regularly to ensure relevance.
• Collaborate with HR to develop succession planning programs.
• Monitor training budgets and prepare financial analysis for learning initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with academic institutions for continuous employee education.
• Utilize data analytics to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in Learning and Development
