Job Description

We are seeking an Audit Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations align with legal and regulatory standards. This position plays a crucial role in reviewing compliance programs and policies, conducting audits, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits to assess adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Stay informed about new laws and regulations that affect the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into daily operations.
• Oversee the completion of compliance training and documentation.
• Analyze audit results and prepare actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to compliance inquiries.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of concern and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in crafting compliance communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Document compliance violations and corresponding remedial steps taken.
• Maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Business Administration
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CISM are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of auditing or compliance experience
