Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to take charge of production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflows, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the production team and ensure product quality.
• Establish and enforce production and quality standards.
• Develop strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Manage production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Quality Control Systems

Certifications

• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
