Job Description

As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in inspecting, testing, and improving our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections on all aspects of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends related to product defects.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design for manufacturability.
• Ensure that all quality control equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
• Review production processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality.
• Prepare quality assessment reports for management review.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effectively communicate quality issues to relevant departments.
• Participate in training sessions regarding quality control procedures.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken for quality issues.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Quality Assurance or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment
