Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be tasked with coordinating all aspects of clinical trials, from participant recruitment to data collection and analysis. This role demands excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring studies are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials according to protocol and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between clinical sites, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants for clinical studies.
• Collect and manage data for clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice.
• Conduct site visits and monitoring activities.
• Provide training to staff on protocol requirements and study procedures.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory documents.
• Assist in the development of study protocols and informed consent documents.
• Develop and maintain study timelines and budgets.
• Ensure proper inventory management of study supplies.
• Communicate with participants regarding study procedures and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research or a related field
