Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
Facilitate workshops to drive awareness on new procedures and improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Evaluate the efficacy of implemented changes through regular audits.
Prepare detailed reports on operational effectiveness and potential areas for change.
Work closely with IT to leverage technology for process improvements.
Research industry benchmarks for best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in process improvement or operations management
