HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will oversee a wide range of HR activities, from talent acquisition to performance management. Your role will involve advising management and employees on HR practices and maintaining essential HR records while promoting a culture of development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain HR metrics for reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
• Implement employee recognition and retention strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and training.
• Create and manage HR documentation processes for auditing.
• Regularly update and improve HR systems and processes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology is a plus
• Postgraduate degree in HR or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role
