Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative staff and their activities.
  • Oversee scheduling and appointment management.
  • Ensure effective patient flow and reception services.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's will be advantageous

  • 5+ years in healthcare or administrative roles
