Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Health First Pharmaceuticals, you'll be an integral part of our healthcare team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes. This role requires a solid understanding of pharmacology and a commitment to patient health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and other staff in daily operations.
• Implement patient safety initiatives in the pharmacy.
• Evaluate clinical outcomes and provide recommendations for medication management.
• Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives as required.
• Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional certifications in Clinical Pharmacy are a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of clinical pharmacy experience
