Responsibilities

• Perform routine check-ups and dental cleanings.
• Manage patient consultations and provide personalized care.
• Administer local anaesthetics and other pain management options.
• Interpret radiographs and other diagnostic tests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide treatment for patients with dental fears.
• Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Conduct case reviews for complex procedures.
• Engage in continual professional development.
• Assist in the training of junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialised dentistry preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Dentist

• Oral Surgery

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• CPR Certification
