Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for acutely and chronically ill animals.
• Educate pet owners about health care needs and potential treatments.
• Assist with the training and development of junior staff.
• Contribute to clinic marketing and outreach programs.
• Manage inventory of medications and supplies.
• Engage with community organizations for animal welfare events.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent
• Further qualifications in animal surgery preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in veterinary practice, with a focus on surgery.
