Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and optimizing patient care processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative staff and their daily duties.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Develop and enforce health and safety procedures.
  • Create and sustain a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Review and approve expenditures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection.
  • Report on operational performance to senior management.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to improve coordination.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare management are beneficial
