• Manage the company's IP portfolio to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist in the development of new products and services while ensuring IP protection.
• Advise on IP risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all IP filings and renewals.
• Participate in industry events and intellectual property forums.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Intellectual Property Law are preferred
• Intellectual Property Law Deep understanding and expertise in IP law and related regulations.
• Contract Negotiation Proficient in negotiating contracts related to intellectual property.
• Analytical Thinking Exceptional analytical abilities to assess complex legal issues.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective advocacy.
• Negotiation Skills Adept at negotiating favourable terms and agreements.
• Registered Patent Attorney
• Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys Qualification
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with global IP laws: Knowledge of IP laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Experience in training teams on IP compliance: Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions on IP matters.
