We're in search of an experienced Intellectual Property Manager to oversee our intellectual property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in IP law, a strong track record in managing patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and a passion for innovation and safeguarding creativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's IP portfolio to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist in the development of new products and services while ensuring IP protection.
• Advise on IP risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all IP filings and renewals.
• Participate in industry events and intellectual property forums.
• Foster a culture of innovation and respect for intellectual property rights within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent
• Specialisation in Intellectual Property Law is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience in managing intellectual property assets
