Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Johannesburg office. This role focuses on enhancing our HR practices, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to staff.

Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic recruitment plan to attract top talent.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage budget for HR activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years in HR management with a focus on employee engagement and retention strategies.
