Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager with a passion for leading teams and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the customer support department, implementing strategies to improve service quality, and ensuring the team is well-equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department.
  • Create training programs for new and existing staff on service excellence.
  • Set performance objectives and create incentives for team achievement.
  • Develop and manage customer feedback systems to drive improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align customer service with business goals.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to ensure team cohesion and updating of policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new customer service team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management
