Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, and driving product adoption. You should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset focused on proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships for improved retention.
  • Strategize on ways to enhance customer experiences and engagement.
  • Gather insights to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Facilitate webinars and training sessions for customer education.
  • Provide insights to the sales team for upselling products.
  • Continuously monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with resolving escalated customer complaints.
  • Create best practice documentation and resources for customers.
  • Support the product team with insights from customer engagements.
  • Engage with customers on social media and community forums.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
