Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in our organization by ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will conduct audits, provide training, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance compliance programs to mitigate risks.
• Engage in compliance training sessions for employees.
• Analyze compliance data and effectiveness of compliance initiatives.
• Assist in investigations of compliance violations.
• Implement corrective actions following compliance audits.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and governmental agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or risk management
