Cultural Inclusion Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Cultural Inclusion Consultant to promote diversity and inclusion across our organization. This role will require developing effective strategies to create an inclusive workplace culture that embraces differences and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of comprehensive D&I training programs for all staff levels.
• Analyze employee feedback to identify gaps in D&I efforts and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with external consultants to bring in diverse perspectives for training.
• Represent the company at diversity-focused networking events and conferences.
• Guide the development of policies that promote equitable treatment of all employees.
• Establish metrics to track and communicate diversity goals and achievements.
• Partner with other organizations to create mentorship programs for diverse talent.
• Advocate for inclusive practices in all company events and communications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on fostering inclusive environments

Languages

• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in additional South African languages is highly regarded.
