Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Durban who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities. Your responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from start to finish, maintaining client relationships, and leveraging your network to find the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract new talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening.
  • Negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Facilitate training and orientation sessions for new recruits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions for candidate sourcing.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in a senior recruitment role preferred
