Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training programs. Your expertise in adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies will contribute to our mission of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create training plans that are structured and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Utilize various training methods, including coaching, mentoring, and group training.
• Monitor and assess the progress of employee training and development.
• Collect feedback from participants to refine training activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards in training delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or training roles

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
