Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our Cape Town office, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee relations and implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational goals. You will provide support in recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives, ensuring a thriving workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance workplace culture.
  • Monitor the performance management process.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
