Responsibilities
Lead HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
Provide expert advice and support to management on HR-related matters.
Handle disciplinary procedures and ensure fair treatment of employees.
Create and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
Facilitate the performance appraisal process across departments.
Develop strategies for talent management and succession planning.
Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree is advantageous

5+ years of HR management experience
