Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is critical in enhancing workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
  • Conduct employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee grievances.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualification is a plus
