We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our store in Johannesburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring high sales performance, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service while motivating a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, staff, and inventory.
• Implement innovative sales techniques to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor staff performance and facilitate training opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate and improve in-store processes for better efficiency.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in retail or store management
