Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services, managing patient records, and facilitating communication between medical staff and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharge processes, and follow-up procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain and update patient records and medical data systems.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management within the healthcare facility.
  • Conduct staff training and professional development sessions.
  • Support the marketing and outreach initiatives of the healthcare facility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field
  • Master’s Degree in Public Health is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
