Job Description

As a Psychologist at Mental Health Services Group, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals on their mental health journey. You’ll be responsible for delivering therapeutic services, conducting research, and collaborating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct client interviews and assessments to develop treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness through client feedback and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest research in psychology and mental health.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and clinical trials where applicable.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express themselves.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases and treatment strategies.
  • Network and collaborate with community organizations to enhance service outreach.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related fields
  • Additional training in specific therapies is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years in varied therapeutic roles
